Santa Barbara stucco, hardwood floor, harmony fresco plaster style walls, marble counters, unlaquered brass faucets + top of the line appliances i.e. Verona imported from. Italy stove and built in Monogram refrigerator. Master bath feels like a Luxury Spa with a skylight in the shower, wood ceiling, travertine slabs and italian organic and natural tones porcelan tile.
The house is filled with incredible art pieces by Thomas Campbell, Andy Davis, Jeff Canham, Philippine de Richemont. A hand carved custom entry door, oak vanities and sconce lights by three local San Diego artists.
The house faces Marian Bear Park a 465 acres of parkland on San Clemente Canyon.
Lots of beautiful natural light and trees surround the property. We are in the process of finishing landscaping but you can still capture some beautiful moments of the outdoor as well (please ask for more specific photos or videos if you interested in outdoor as well).
Our house is versatile and perfectly suited for various purposes such as commercial and print photography, social media content creation, filming, fashion photography, e-commerce product shots, podcasts, interviews, fitness photoshoots and videos, apparel shoots, headshots, lingerie, beauty shoots, TV series, and much more.
High Speed Wifi, TV available. The warm white recess lighting and 2400 K Cove string lights reflecting the ceiling beams set the house with an extraordinary soft and cozy vibe.
