The entry way is decorated in a modern gallery wall style which opens up to natural light as you approach the staircase. On the first floor you have storage rooms, a garage, a secret kids clubhouse, play room/office space which also leads to your first patio space and small backyard. Heading up the stairs you will lead into the communal space which is a open concept and includes the dining room, kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath, and a covered large balcony. This space has windows on both sides allowing a lot of natural light during the day. As you go up the second set of stairs to the third floor this is where all the bedrooms are. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 master with master bath and closet and two guest rooms with closets and an exterior shared full bathroom. Again there are windows on both sides of the townhome so lots of natural light can come in during the day. My home leans toward the minimalist side with earthy tones so I can be creative and adjust for seasons or just because.
