The elevator opens to the main floor foyer and a staircase that divides the living room area and the kitchen, and formal dining room. The living room boasts 30-foot ceilings with a wall of windows and a separate bar area. The rounded loft from the floor above is open to the living room. The kitchen is open to the glass-encased dining area with seating for eight.
One level below, there are two bedrooms and bathrooms...one bedroom is vacant, allowing for staging or makeup and wardrobe.
The third floor has an open (empty) loft that is open to the living room below. The loft is large enough to accommodate a grand piano. Another bath and a furnished bedroom are also on this floor.
Level four is a full-floor suite with two terraces and is currently used as an office. The front terrace is furnished with a sofa and two rockers. The back terrace has an L-shaped sofa and an outdoor bar.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
