This a beautiful home with designer touches. It has a mix of contemporary and vintage finishings with very thoughtfully curated details. The floors are a clean light French oak with white walls and lots of windows with great lighting. The downstairs is very open. And in addition to the main house, there is a second guest unit that can also be used that has concrete floors, high ceilings, and is open concept. This unit was used as an apartment before. There is also a large driveway and pea gravel patio with olive trees, cactus, tall palm trees, and several fire pits. There is plenty of street parking with no posted signage for parking hours/street cleaning. It also is on a very quiet street within close proximity to York Blvd. There is also a ceramic art studio that could potentially be used.
