Nestled on a corner lot opening up to hiking paths and only 1/2 mile to Lake Michigan is our wonderful getaway in South Haven, Michigan. This home is in a brand new development with a brand new indoor community pool as well as an outdoor pool. It's perfect for families or other mid sized groups. Enjoy the amenities of a subdivision created for vacationers both in season and off season. We even have a Tesla EV destination charger in the garage.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The nightly rate covers the first 3 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.
If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It's $199 per pet per stay to bring them along.
For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras in the following locations on this home:

These cameras record exterior areas only and hold the information for 30 days. Footage is only reviewed in the event of a break-in or any potential house rules violation. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
