A 1,000 sq ft eclectic, art-filled creative space in the heart of West Town, Chicago — purpose-built for photo shoots, video productions, branded content, and commercial work.
The space features a curated mix of bold artwork, vintage furniture, and production-ready lighting including full-color Philips Hue flood lights, indirect natural sunlight, and a signature disco ball that adds instant visual texture to any frame.
Production-friendly amenities include a wardrobe rack, steamer, full kitchen (ideal for food and beverage content), sink, and complimentary folding chairs and tables. WiFi, electricity, restroom, and circuit breaker access are all available on-site.
Ground floor with street-level access makes load-in and load-out fast and simple — no elevators or stairs to navigate. Free street parking is available along Wabansia Ave with additional permit-free zones on cross streets.
The space is not soundproof and has some ambient street noise, but loud productions are welcome. A basement game room is available as an add-on for additional setups or crew staging.
Capacity: 12 people. Available daily 9 AM – 11 PM. 3-hour minimum booking.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
