Cozy and Central Home 3BR+2Bath, 7min Walk to Clifton, 15min Walk to Falls. You can either stay on the spatious 1st Floor Unit or, if available, have the entire home to yourself in including a separate 2nd Floor Unit with parking that can accomodate up to 5 vehicles w/ a large and shared backyard and BBQ. This home is located in the heart of Clifton Hills, Niagara Fall's tourist district. Alternatively, depending on availability of either floors, you can use the entire house as there are two floors with two completely separate units, each with kitchens and dining areas, comfortable living rooms to lounge in, two bathrooms (total 4) and 3 spatious bedrooms (total 6). 1st Floor Unit contains three bedrooms: two with two queen beds, one with a double bed. The 2nd Floor Unit also contains three bedrooms with a similar configuration. You'll find mostly everything you have in your own home – cookingware, dishwasher, microwave, baking tools, 46" TV (wifi operated only) and Chromecast, and everything else you'll need. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxation and socializing. Furnished with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. Our fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll find all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including cookware, utensils, and dishes. There's also a cozy dining area with a table and chairs. There are two full bathrooms in each unit. The first bathroom, closer to the entrance and shared, features a shower, sink, and toilet, providing convenience. The second bathroom, shared among the other bedrooms, includes a shower, sink, and toilet - both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. Outside there is a lovely outdoor area, complete with a patio and seating. If additional parking is required for guests, the City of Niagara Falls allows for street parking during the day. The city prohibits overnight parking on all city streets between the hours of 2am and 6am year round, but gives consideration to allow it for up to 7 days per licence plate by online request on the City of Niagara Falls website.
