1960s Retro Vintage Time Capsule Estate

This 1960 time capsule home has been meticulously curated, preserved, and contains many priceless vintage items that are IRREPLACEABLE. The estate was the first home built on Breckenridge Farm, by the iconic Bates family. The home was never renovated or updated, and still contains amazing features like the original phones on the hook, a stained glass window from a historic church in the area, as well as a stone fireplace made of the original cobblestone road on Main Street, Downtown Louisville. This home contains original wallpaper, curtains, wood paneling, light fixtures and plates, and even the thermostat is from 1979. Basic Rules & Regulations: *Please do your best to take shoes off in the garage and do not walk on carpet, specifically, with shoes on. *Please do not let food go down the drain. Always keep food catch in place! *No mounting equipment on walls, ceilings and fixtures without prior approval from the owner beforehand if you want to move furniture around for photo shoots* THERMOSTAT Thermostat is from 1969. Please treat it with care. The dial on the right adjusts the temperature. The dial on the top adjusts Heat, Cool, and Off. PINK ISLAND CHANDELIER To operate this light, say "Alexa, turn off/on Island". Alexa is located on the right side of the fireplace. FRAME TVs Both living rooms have a Samsung Frame TV. When you turn it off, the art mode comes on. To power off the screen completely, press & hold the power button. Feel free to change the art to whatever you like while you are here. RECORD PLAYER Please be careful with the record player (Its from the 70s) and ONLY operate if you fully know how. To turn it on, press the large black power button on the left side of the receiver, underneath the pink credenza. The volume is controlled on the receiver as well. PINK 80s RADIO The pink radio must be plugged in to operate. Slide the dial from OFF to the FM POSITION, and use the up/down buttons below the small screen to change stations. Tape deck no longer functions unfortunately. VCR TELEVSION This rare 2002 Panasonic VCR television has only one trick to it. When ejecting a tape, manually hold the flap cover up while waiting for the tape to eject. This flap does not open up on its own anymore and the tape will get stuck if you press eject without doing this. DO NOT MOVE TV IN ANYWAY. KEEP ON TABLE. PIANO You are more than welcome to use the tuned 1940s piano, so long as the talent knows how to play the piano. Please do not let children bang on the keys. This is an 80 year old piano.
