This colorful, maximal hill-top home is bathed in light from its floor to ceiling windows, has sweeping mountain views from almost every room, hardwood floors through-out, and exposed wooden beamed ceilings. Book during magic hour for some amazing sunset backdrops!
Inside you’ll find 1800 sq ft of chic and playful decor including a unique blend of mid-century modern and postmodern vintage furniture, one-of-a-kind artworks, an art deco bar, two vintage wallpapered bathrooms, a retro kitchen, and moody muted jewel tone walls which will serve as an eye-catching backdrop for your next photo or video shoot.
Lots of PROPS: tons of books, records, vintage glassware, designer kitchenware, decorative linens and throws, even fresh fruit and flower arrangements (for additional cost). It’s a great space for campaigns or flat-lay product shots!
We welcome small teams (up to 30, if you need more an exception may be made) that are respectful of the home and neighborhood. We look forward to helping make your production come to life.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
