The Factory is the perfect venue for film shoots, photo shoots, private events, weddings, dinner parties, workshops and salons.
The Factory is a 7500sf indoor/outdoor campus in the heart of Echo Park, on Echo Park Lake. The Factory is located in the original Park Clubhouse & Library built in 1908 (This is where silent screen legends Charlie Chaplin, Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks would mingle.) Our property features a grand indoor reception hall with an 18' vaulted ceiling, Sapphire Room (Green Room), full kitchen, outdoor patios, recording studio, offices, and a whimsical garden/orchard, including: citrus, avocado, apple, mango, fig and pomegranate trees. And to top it off - plenty of free parking!

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
