Mutli-Level Premium Event Lounge

Host your next gathering in a sophisticated multi-level event lounge designed for private events, celebrations, networking functions, corporate gatherings, business mixers, brand activations, content productions, workshops, and other professionally organized experiences. The main level offers a polished, open-concept environment suitable for guest arrivals, presentations, dining setups, social gatherings, photography, videography, and entertainment. Its flexible layout allows the space to be arranged around the format and flow of your event. The lower-level lounge provides a more intimate secondary area that can be used for private conversations, breakout sessions, meetings, relaxed socializing, production support, or additional guest space. Having two distinct levels gives event organizers greater flexibility and allows different activities to take place within the same booking. The lounge can also accommodate selected creative uses, including podcast sessions, content creation, acting workshops, photography, videography, self-tapes, auditions, and music-related productions. Any specialized production requirements should be discussed with us before the booking is confirmed. The space has an approximate maximum capacity of 47 guests, subject to the proposed layout, type of event, building requirements, and approval of the intended use. Clients must provide an accurate event description, expected attendance, schedule, and any special requirements before the booking is finalized. Booking Rate: A minimum booking of 4 hours is required. First 4 hours: $1,100 CAD Additional time: $125 CAD per hour Additional time must be approved and is subject to availability. The following fees must be paid directly to us before the booking: $500 refundable security deposit $175 building fee Security guard fee(s), if applicable Security requirements are as follows: 20 to 39 guests, or any event where alcohol is present: One security guard at $50 per hour, with a minimum charge of 4 hours. 40 or more guests: Two security guards at a combined rate of $100 per hour, with a minimum charge of 4 hours. All applicable security guard fees must be paid before the booking. The security deposit is refundable following a post-booking inspection, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, overtime, missing property, rule violation, or outstanding balance. Booking Requirements: Clients must disclose whether the booking will include alcohol, catering, amplified music, vendors, decorations, equipment deliveries, filming, ticket sales, or any other activity that may require additional approval. The booking is not fully confirmed until the required rental payment, security deposit, building fee, and any applicable security guard fees have been received. We will work out a way to pay these addionial fees when we discuss your booking. All guests, vendors, and event activities must comply with the agreed booking terms, building requirements, capacity restrictions, and location rules.
