Welcome to my renovated townhouse! My space was featured on Styled Season 2 and had the entry, living room, dining room and kitchen all professionally renovated and "styled"! It is clean and contemporary with a high vaulted ceiling in the living room which allows for a gorgeous amount of natural light. The soft green walls are balanced with black/white and jewel toned furniture and art to make the space pop! The wood burning fireplace and dramatic wallpapered accent wall provide interesting touches to any scene as well.
There's a cutout overlooking the living room from the dining area which also features a unique golden velvet banquette offset by a white dining table. This open concept kitchen and dining area make for easy shooting. A variety of lighting options, the sleek 2 tones cupboard design, and hide-away laundry/microwave elements keeps the kitchen looking clean, contemporary and uncluttered.
Although the bedrooms are off-limits for shooting, they can be used for storage, wardrobe, hair and make-up. The basement/spare bedroom is roomy and has a mirrored accent wall and can easily be utilized for other shooting needs. There's also a small garage and outdoor space for storing equipment overnight in safety.
A parking space in front is available and one additional overnight space can be provided on demand. Additional parking available in the complex during the day.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
