This raw industrial basement features original bank vault doors, exposed brick walls, cement beams, concrete flooring, and an open floor plan that gives productions and events a dramatic, atmospheric backdrop. The space has an authentic aged character with a gritty, post-apocalyptic feel—ideal for film shoots, photography, music videos, creative productions, brand content, and private events looking for a setting with real personality. In addition to the main open space, the venue includes three ready-to-shoot built-in sets: Abandoned doctor’s office Captive dungeon Bunker room Its layered textures, historic architecture, and cinematic mood make it especially well suited for thriller, horror, dystopian, industrial, and underground-inspired productions. No fog, smoke, mist or steam allowed in the space, this is none-negotiable, the venue is a historic building and the fire and heat sensor alarm system is very sensitive. LIGHTING & SOUND: Space does not have natural light. This basement is located underground with no windows. Space is not soundproof.
