We offer over 15,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor/outdoor event and filming space. Our newly remodeled Banquet Hall is located in the heart of Warner Center in Woodland Hills and has over 15,000 sq ft of space. With decor that has a modern look and seats up to 250 +guests. Our Package will provide you with all the necessities to enjoy a stress-free day. With our rental, you bring in your own caterer and it gives you all the basics to create your own event from scratch. We have a variety of options. Please contact us to schedule a viewing or answer any questions you may have.
-Seating capacity for Main Hall (if using as is) is 300 while standing is 350
-Seating capacity for conference room (if using as is) is 25
-Stage in Main Hall is 12 x 8.
-Main Hall is 14,000 sq. ft.
-Patio is 1100 sq. ft.
-21 total rooms and 2 sets of M and F restrooms w/ multiple stalls
-36 total parking spaces

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
