I hope this message finds you well. I am a principal owner of the property located in Malibu, CA. This remarkable property spans over 100 acres and was the site of the only Frank Lloyd Wright-designed residence ever constructed in Malibu.
Welcome to Eaglefeather, an iconic compound that seamlessly merges retreat and inspiration, offering breathtaking views of Malibu's natural wonders. Originally designed to embrace its surroundings, the property featured expansive patios and a harmonious fusion of wood and stone throughout its structures. A once-envisioned complex included a film studio, stables, and a paddock, all centered around a private lake. Sadly, the original structures were lost in the 2018 Woolsey Fire.
Today, the property provides stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and stands as a testament to the artistic heritage of the region. Since we acquired it, we have filmed the season finale of The Bachelorette and two Rivian commercials. Locations for corporate events, product launches, red carpet galas, and luxury weddings.
We are now seeking representation for film, commercial, and other location site uses.
