It has a 10x20ft sliding glass door which opens into a front deck from the kitchen allowing for indoor/outdoor living. The home gets endless natural light and has beautiful soft wood, cream, concrete and black tones running throughout. The floors in the home are concrete from the actual foundation that has been polished for living. The home was designed with Japanese modern architecture in mind and wabi sabi inspired. Beautiful 13ft high ceilings. High end built-in Thermador appliances in a dreamy custom kitchen with two tone wood and marble throughout. The appliances include a built in fridge and freezer, double oven, and 48 inch induction cooktop. The staircase has vertical wood running from the stairs to the ceiling creating a beautiful shot for film and photography. Every inch of the home was thoughtfully designed and it photographs and films beautifully. There are views of the Universal City Staircase at night. The second floor of the home also has views from all bedrooms upstairs.
