Premium Event Lounge W/Rooftop Terrace

Located in downtown Toronto, this modern event lounge offers a polished, flexible setting for private events, celebrations, corporate gatherings, networking events, brand activations, content productions, intimate receptions, and other professionally organized experiences. The lounge features a stylish open-concept layout with curated lounge seating, a statement dining area, contemporary finishes, and multiple areas that can be arranged around the needs of your event. The layout allows guests to comfortably socialize, dine, present, create content, or move between different parts of the space throughout the booking. A private rooftop terrace is also available weather permitting, providing an additional outdoor setting with elevated city views. The terrace works well for guest arrivals, cocktail-style gatherings, photography, casual networking, and outdoor portions of an event. The space can accommodate events of up to 53 guests, subject to the event setup, building requirements, and approval of the proposed use. To help us prepare the space properly, clients must provide an accurate event description, expected attendance, schedule, and any special setup requirements before the booking is finalized. Booking Rate: The minimum booking is 4 hours. First 4 hours: $1,300 CAD Additional time: $125 CAD per hour Additional time must be approved in advance and may be subject to building availability. The following fees must be paid directly to us before the booking: $500 refundable security deposit $175 building fee Security guard fee(s), if applicable Security requirements are as follows: 20 to 39 guests, or any event where alcohol is present: One security guard at $50 per hour, with a minimum charge of 4 hours. 40 or more guests: Two security guards at a combined rate of $100 per hour, with a minimum charge of 4 hours. All applicable security guard fees must be paid before the booking. No other separate fees are required before the booking unless an additional cost is discussed with and approved by the client in advance. We will work out a way to pay these addionial fees when we discuss your booking. Clients must disclose whether the event will include alcohol, catering, amplified music, vendors, equipment deliveries, decorations, filming, ticket sales, or any activity that may require additional approval. The rooftop terrace is subject to weather, safety conditions, building access, and management approval. We cannot guarantee outdoor access where weather or building conditions make terrace use unsafe or unavailable.
