Large kitchen with modern lounge featuring a 12 foot island made from a single piece of quartz. The basement has a huge theater with a 120 inch screen and klipsch sound system. Please note that there is an option for a stripper pole that are anchored with screws into the floor and ceiling. Master bedroom has black velvet wallpaper with Chanel sheets on a high backed black leather bed that leads to a walk in closet and black and mirror3d bathroom.
All furniture fairly high end and black and white leather mostly
Outside is a beautiful little garden with a private deck that over hangs the ravine. There is a cabana with screens and waterproof curtains but this can be removed.
