•The west wall of the kitchen and main living areas face a side street with no adjacent houses, allowing natural light to enter for most of the day and creating particularly sun-filled interiors in the late afternoon through sunset.
The two bedroom suites receive soft morning light and look out onto soaring evergreen trees and a natural garden, providing a pleasant view beyond the windows rather than nearby buildings.

•The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood several streets away from major arterial roads. •Occasional vehicle noise can sometimes be heard, but overall the area is calm and typical of a residential setting.
•We frequently record audio in our upstairs studio and rarely encounter issues with ambient noise. As with most residential locations, occasional neighborhood sounds may occur, but the space is generally well-suited for interviews and small video productions.

Equipment loading description
•Equipment can be loaded in from the carport area, with a short path up one deck stair and a brief flight of steps to the main floor entrance.
•Alternatively, access is available through the front door, which is one small step up from the front walkway to the front porch.
•Exterior doors are approximately 36" wide, allowing larger equipment and appliances to pass through. •Standard residential access, but workable for typical small production gear load-in.
•Staging area is available
•Both bedroom suites can be used as staging areas for wardrobe, makeup, or crew preparation. The formal parlor features soft-close barn doors, allowing the room to be closed off if needed.
•Our expansive lower-level lounge may be available as an add-on for larger productions and includes a kitchenette, refrigerator, and large sectional seating area. Please inquire for details.
