Two stylish large club chairs (in the living area) and a mattress, on a bedframe (in the bedroom), can be used or easily moved within the space. For example, feel free to use the club chairs to create a ready-made interview or podcast setup. Rooftop & Fitness Center Usage Guidelines To ensure continued access to these amenities and to respect building residents, the following rules apply, specifically for the Rooftop and Fitness Center: --> Rooftop and fitness center access is intended for light content creation only. --> Only 2-3 individuals may use the rooftop or fitness center at one time. --> Heavy production equipment is not permitted in the rooftop or fitness center areas. Large lighting setups, backdrops, production carts, extensive video rigs, and similar equipment must remain inside the apartment. --> Handheld cameras, smartphones, and lightweight creator equipment are welcome. --> All guests must be respectful of building residents and staff while using shared amenities. --> Access to all other common areas within the building is strictly prohibited. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in immediate loss of access to the rooftop and fitness center for the remainder of the booking. Capacity Maximum occupancy: 10 people.
