NOTE: the $450/hr rate is for the entire building. Just want to film in just one of our rooms/stages? Reach out to us and we can negotiate a much lower fee. We're always happy to work with indie and low budget productions as well!
The space is a brand new event and production space in the Hollywood Media District.
There are multiple spaces available.
Main Hall - a 150 capacity room with stage, lighting, PA, Projector, Screen, and Steinway baby grand piano - for events, screenings, film festivals, film shoots and photography.
Greenroom - Large greenroom to support events - perfect for crafty, staging etc.
Seminar Room - a 30 capacity room, perfect for classes, meetings, photography and intimate gatherings.
Front Lounge - a 60 capacity room with stage and bar, perfect for performances, gatherings, film shoots, and photography.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
