STUDIO BUILDING DESCRIPTION:
THE STUDIO is a COLUMN-FREE PHOTO & VIDEO RENTAL STUDIO in BROOKLYN, NY with 2 INDOOR SHOOTING LEVELS as well as a 2500 square foot ROOFTOP with SHOOT PLATFORMS AND ROLLING BACKGROUND WALLS.
The GROUND LEVEL DRIVE-IN RENTAL STUDIO SPACE has 2 DRIVE-IN BAYS with 2 ROLL-UP GATES, 2500 square feet of shooting space, and 18-foot ceiling height. In addition, there’s a 40-foot-wide x 12-foot-deep MEZZANINE LEVEL for ADDED CLIENT SPACE, GREEN ROOM, PRIVATE OFFICE, and ADDITIONAL SHOOTING SPACE.
The 2ND FLOOR STUDIO LEVEL has 2000 square feet of shooting space and 16-foot ceiling height. There are 4 DIFFERENT SHOOT KITCHEN LOOKS to choose from for all types of SHOOT KITCHEN VIDEOS. Each Kitchen has an Overhead lighting Grid with dedicated power outlets above.
On the Ground Level, there are 2 unique all-white subway-tile bath sets, plus a professional salon chair and sink.
There are (2) 10-foot square skylights for beautiful natural daylight and full blackout capabilities as needed. Our newly installed whisper-quiet HVACs, plus multiple rows of soundproof windows and doors, are GREAT FOR AUDIO CAPTURE.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
