Our premier 10,000-square-foot creative facility is designed for creators, brands, and production teams of all sizes. The studio features a spacious 29'W x 18'L x 15'H white cyc stage, perfect for photography, video shoots, commercials, and content creation. Guests also have access to a full-set kitchen and a private conference room for meetings and production planning.
Conveniently located directly across from the Highwood Metra train station, the facility offers easy access for cast, crew, and clients. With 16 on-site parking spaces and versatile production amenities, provides everything you need for a seamless and professional shoot.
For 1-5 person crew: $175/hour
For 6-15 person crew: $225/hour
For 16-30 person crew: $250/hour
Please note: The base rental rate includes access to the white cyc stage, full-set kitchen, and conference room. Additional spaces are available for an extra fee:
Green Room / Hair & Makeup Room — $200 flat fee
Staging Area — $200 flat fee
Upstairs Fireside Chat Area — $50 extra per hour
These optional add-ons can be included to further customize your production experience and accommodate larger productions, client meetings, talent preparation, and additional content capture needs.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
