This creative studio is designed for music production, mixing, mastering, DJ sessions, content creation, collaborative writing sessions, and more.
The studios sit inside a converted loft unit in a historic building that once operated as the old Coca Cola factory. The space was transformed with full studio builds inside the unit, bringing modern acoustics into a character filled industrial setting.
The main studio layout centers around a clean production desk with acoustic treatment, controlled lighting, and comfortable seating. The room was designed by Martin Pilchner of Pilchner Schoustal Inc Architectural Acoustics, known for designing the studio of deadmau5 along with many other well known artist spaces.
A unique part of this space is that the studio sits inside the same facility as a full music retail store. All renters gain access to a wide range of pro audio equipment, instruments, synthesizers, DJ gear, microphones, and production tools during their booking.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
