One of the most recognizable treehouses in America, the SpiritHouse was custom designed and built by world-renowned treehouse architect Pete Nelson and featured as the Spirit House Retreat on Season 1 of Animal Planet's Treehouse Masters.
Inspired by the traditional spirit houses of Thailand, the treehouse is an extraordinary blend of craftsmanship, artistry, and nature. Hand-carved architectural details, gold-leaf accents (mostly faded), warm cedar interiors, and stained-glass window, create a setting unlike any other.
Originally conceived as a secluded writer's retreat, the interior features a built-in writing desk overlooking the pasture, and an intimate sleeping loft tucked beneath the roofline.
The SpiritHouse offers multiple cinematic perspectives—from dramatic exterior approaches and elevated decks to intimate interior scenes filled with natural light and handcrafted details.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
