For your comfort, guests have access to a restroom inside the main residence. A strict no-loud-music after 10 pm (unless permitted by city) and non-smoking policy ensures peaceful enjoyment for all. E-cigarettes are permitted.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
