BACKYARD FOR RENT! Tropical planting gives this backyard great visual pleasure in Long Island, NY. It has a bunch of great features including an inground pool surrounded by paving stone work, granite bar top with bar seating, built in Blaze bbq, built in Blaze outdoor fridge, lounge area facing the pool with umbrella for shade, a gazebo area with table and chairs and extra lounge chairs which all make it a great atmosphere for filming different scenes in any kind of video shoot,
This is for a backyard rental ONLY but with access to the bathroom inside.
The plants can vary in the gardens and can be different in height from the pictures seen depending on the time of year and what has been planted and/or taken out at specific times.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
