The house is located across a community storm pond, with an open concept with lots of natural light! Because we live in front of a pond, there are plenty of street parking available. The space available is the main floor of the house (approximately 850 ft2) with kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining area, living area.
- Production teams are more than welcome to bring their own furniture if existing ones does not meet the needs! Furniture can be easily re-arranged as needed
- Other parts of the house are available and can be negotiated after viewing
- We have 2 male cats (1 orange tabby, 1 grey/white short hair, both friendly), if this poses a problem let us know and we will work out a solution!
*note* there is an empty fish tank in the photos, but can be removed for production

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
