Our modern private theatre and screening room offers a comfortable, versatile space designed for entertainment, presentations, and creative productions. Featuring a contemporary setup, immersive viewing experience, and a welcoming atmosphere, the space is ideal for private movie screenings, corporate presentations, team gatherings, workshops, content creation, and film productions. With a flexible layout and modern amenities, this theatre provides a unique setting for both professional and social events.
Guests are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was found. Please remove all personal belongings, dispose of all garbage, wipe down surfaces, clean and sanitize the bathrooms after use, sweep and mop or wash the floors if necessary, and return all furniture and equipment to their original locations before the end of your booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty or requires extra cleaning

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
