The kitchen is the hero set. Marble island, clean modern lines, and strong natural light make it ideal for cooking content, product work, lifestyle stills, and intimate interview or talking-head setups. The balcony delivers a mountain backdrop you cannot fake in a studio.
Built for small and mid-size productions: video crews up to 15 on the base rate, stills crews up to 10, full production up to 25 by arrangement. This is a compact, sound-sensitive location on a quiet lane, so it suits nimble teams rather than multi-cart shoots, and it rewards them with a fresh, unshot space minutes from the beach.
The owner runs a construction company and keeps booking simple: certificate of insurance, signed location agreement, deposit, and you are in.
