Caledonia Design District Architectural studio.
20-car parking lot on site - surface parking, private lot behind the building and 4 spots at the front. Additional parking would be on the street - Leswyn is a dead end, so there is very little traffic.
There is a "loading" zone at the secondary entrance at grade - no ramp or bay. The front door has a 5 step staircase (not great for loading).
Two separate washrooms, one with shower, a lunch room with fridge & dining table, front reception, 2 board rooms, private offices and the studio cubicles.
You are ok to paint or move anything so long as it is returned to the original state.
We require cleaning after you leave.
On weekday premium on the rental which tries to off-set the loss in production as an architectural firm. There are no additional charges for parking/building amenities, etc.
One of the owners will be accessible for your time there and will meet you with keys, alarm codes, etc., no property management company. You will have vacant occupancy for your time.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
