The home was designed by noted architect Francis Sullivan, who conceived of the striking three story home to have a grandeur beyond its size - evoking a palazzo or country estate . This 3500 sq ft house has impressive verandas on two sides as well as a remarkable two story portico overlooking the front gardens. The exterior original details have been well maintained and preserved, allowing the home to retain its period charm. The house sits on a gracious plot surrounded by mature trees and shrubs; a private green oasis in the summer, a riot of colour in the fall, and a winter wonderland during colder months. A bucolic country estate conveniently located in the heart of Ottawa. Available primarily for exterior shoots, interior main level possible on a case by case basis. Base rate applies to small crews under 15 people. Medium/large crews, prep days, and strike days are subject to custom daily flat-rate scale adjustments for payment of a site rep, to be discussed.
