Private Country Property With Greenhouse, Forest And Goats!

This unique location is a 3 acre private country property in Bradford, Ontario. There is a private residence, hobby farm, greenhouse, forest, cabin with deck, large outdoor fire pit and event spaces (wedding tents). The property is surrounded by 60ft tall white pines and backs onto Scanlon Creek Conservation area. Our Vintage Lounge wedding tent is 20 x32ft and decorated with vintage furniture and harvest tables. It is located beside the cabin and forest. Power is run to the tent. The cozy cabin with large deck overlooks the goats and chickens and is surrounded by the forest. The cabin has power. Near the cabin is a luxury outhouse styled with fun animal decor. Our spectacular greenhouse, The Glass Haven, is 12 x 24ft and built from reclaimed windows. It has a front porch with French doors and a back deck with live edge bar. The space is decorated with wicker and vintage furniture. Power cords provide electricity. The large firepit is located in front of the greenhouse in the backyard. We have 8 Muskoka chairs around it. Beside the firepit are wine barrels with live edge slabs that can be used for bar/food set ups. It is under a large tree bough with lights. At the top of the backyard beside the greenhouse are 2 wedding tents together , measuring 20x52ft. We have 10 harvest tables, 45 white folding chairs and a collection of area rugs. It is lit with string lights. We have several options for table decoration and setup if required, for an additional cost. Located beside the tent is another luxury outhouse decorated in a Victorian style with a chandelier. The front stairs with tiered garden lead up to the front lawn in front of the house. As you round the corned there is a side deck with hot tub. There is a flagstone patio around the back of the house with outdoor furniture located beside a wildflower garden. The property is lit up with string lights and is incredible at night! We have 7 goats (2 babies at the moment!) and 4 chickens. There is a possibility they could be used in the shoots depending on requirements. The property is completely fenced and gated. We have a long driveway and a parking lot down by the barn that can park 8 cars. We have additional parking by the top of the house. The interior of the private residence is not available. The property is available in the winter, however the tents are only set up from May to the end of October.
