There are 2 main rooms. One is a fully equipped photography and videography studio with 5 aputure lights and all the soft boxes and reflectors. This room has 6 windows so it can also be a good available light studio. There is a view of downtown and the trains going by. The building is quite well sound insulated so you don't hear the trains much. The other is a boardroom, classroom or gallery space. There is a smaller room with a kitchenette and hair and make up station. There is also an office which has been sound proofed for voice recording. Either room can be rented separately or together. The boardroom makes for a great wardrobe and change area if you have multiple models and need lots of prep space. The studio is 17' by 20' and the boardroom is 15' by 17'. The other two smaller rooms are 7' by 10'.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
