Detailed Information
The Estate & Mansion: Our crown jewel is a 6,000 sq. ft. luxury colonial mansion. It features grand architecture, manicured lawns, and panoramic views of the property. Perfect for lifestyle shoots, upscale interiors, or dramatic establishing shots, the home is meticulously maintained and offers a timeless, sophisticated aesthetic.
The Landscape: Spanning 140 acres, the grounds are incredibly diverse. The centerpiece is a sprawling 40-acre lake that mirrors the sky and surrounding trees—ideal for golden hour shots, water-front scenes, or peaceful, reflective B-roll. The property also features an "enchanted forest," a picturesque gazebo, and rolling hills that capture the iconic look of the Kentucky Bluegrass.
Equestrian & Barns: For productions looking for authentic agricultural or equestrian elements, we offer three large, well-maintained barns and indoor/outdoor riding arenas. The stables are fully operational, offering the perfect environment for country, lifestyle, or high-end equine photography and filming.
Versatility & Logistics: Horse Farm has a proven track record of hosting large-scale events, including TEDx talks, charitable galas, and national media productions.
