It is not an event or party venue. The rental period includes arrival, setup, production, cleanup, loading and departure. Please reserve enough time for your complete production. The gardens and backyard are available for approved photography and production use. Plants, flowers, vegetables and garden structures may be altered with owner approval. NOTE: The garden is living and continually changing. We try our best to keep pictures updated but it is almost impossible. This property is dog friendly and dog photography and pet product photography, video is allowed. 2 dogs/cats are allowed in garden. NO cats in the house. More than two pets, you must get approval from owner. Pet(s) must be handled by a handler at ALL times. No destroying the gardens. Pet(S) must be cleaned up after including feces, fur/hair, slobber, etc. Larger productions, commercial campaigns, animals, drones, special effects, generators and other specialized production activities require advance approval. We're happy to work with photographers, creators and production teams to make your shoot successful while protecting the home, gardens and surrounding neighborhood.
