About This Space
[{ $ctrl.listing.property_size | number }] sq ft
Authentic 1950s character home located on a large 90' x 150' lot in Aurora. The home is largely original and unrenovated, with aged finishes and a genuine lived-in character that can be difficult to find in the GTA.
The property offers a spacious lot with mature surroundings, large front and back yards, private driveway and garage, providing plenty of exterior space and flexibility for production use.
Owners are highly accommodating and can provide full access for filming, prep and wrap, including evenings, weekends and multi-day productions. The home can be used exactly as it is for an authentic older residential setting, or completely transformed to suit the needs of a production. Owners are open to substantial interior alterations, including painting, set dressing, changing finishes and other production-specific modifications.
A unique option for productions looking for an authentic, flexible residential location with owners who are very production-friendly.
