Vivi's Oasis is a one-of-a-kind 20-acre mountain retreat nestled in the heart of Utuado, Puerto Rico — one of the island's most scenic and culturally rich mountain towns. The property sits elevated above a lush tropical valley with sweeping panoramic views of the Cordillera Central, and it comes with something you won't find anywhere else: a flock of free-roaming peacocks that call the property home.
The Main House — 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath
The primary residence is a bright, white concrete structure with a covered wraparound terrace, open-air mountain views, and interiors that balance comfort with character. Highlights include a dramatic master bath with black textured walls, a floating LED vanity, and floral accents; a spacious master bedroom with a custom barn door and ceiling fan; and a welcoming living area with a large flat-screen TV — ideal for interior lifestyle, drama, or commercial shoots. The covered porch features hanging macramé swing chairs with flower garland details and frames an unobstructed view of the valley below.
The Land
Twenty acres of tropical terrain surround the house — banana trees, towering ferns, wild tropical flowers, and winding mountain roads create a cinematic backdrop that can stand in for rural Caribbean, Latin American, or tropical jungle settings. Drone-friendly. No light pollution at night.
The Wildlife
The property's resident peacocks roam freely across the land and regularly perch on the iron gate and fence — a truly rare and visually striking element that adds an extraordinary layer to any production.
