Historic Victorian Farmhouse, Renovation Interior & Rural Acreage – Caledon

Historic late-1800s Victorian farmhouse set on approximately 1.17 acres in rural Caledon, Ontario. The property features a distinctive yellow and red brick exterior, mature rural surroundings, open outdoor areas, driveway access, a large detached shed/outbuilding and a naturally sloped rear portion of the property. The house is currently undergoing renovation, creating a particularly versatile production location. Depending on the stage of renovation, interiors may offer exposed construction elements, unfinished rooms and authentic renovation/distressed-house looks that are difficult to recreate on a set. The property can provide several different filming environments at one location: historic Victorian farmhouse exterior, rural countryside, residential interiors, renovation/construction scenes, driveway and vehicle shots, yard and outdoor lifestyle scenes, and shed/outbuilding backdrops. Suitable for film, television, commercials, music videos, editorial photography, product shoots and branded content. Productions are welcome to discuss dressing or temporarily modifying spaces, subject to prior approval. Because renovation is ongoing, current photos and available interior areas may change; updated photographs can be provided before scouting or booking. Easy access from the GTA with room on the property for production vehicles and equipment, subject to crew size.
