About This Space
[{ $ctrl.listing.property_size | number }] sq ft
Unique historic hilltop home featuring an expansive wraparound porch with sweeping valley and mountain views and an adjacent historic cemetery directly below the property. The home's elevated setting, mature trees, stonework, large porch, traditional architecture and unusual surroundings provide a distinctive backdrop for film, television, commercials, editorial photography and photo shoots.
The large porch offers multiple shooting angles and substantial usable space, with views ranging from wooded landscape and distant mountains to the neighboring cemetery. The property can provide several different looks within a single location, from traditional Americana and historic residential to dramatic, mysterious or atmospheric settings.
Inside of the house is currently undergoing renovations, making it potentially suitable for productions seeking both finished exterior areas and renovation/construction environments.
