About This Space
[{ $ctrl.listing.property_size | number }] sq ft
Built in 1869, this restored Second Empire mansion offers nearly 7,700 square feet of distinctive historic interiors for film, television, commercial, editorial and photography productions.
The home features 12-foot ceilings, tall windows, ornate woodwork, decorative fireplaces, sweeping staircases and richly furnished rooms. Multiple first-floor spaces provide varied looks for interviews, narrative scenes, fashion, portraiture, product photography and branded content, while large windows provide substantial natural light.
Exterior shooting is also available, including the dramatic historic façade and landscaped grounds. Production support areas can be arranged in advance.
All productions require a pre-booking scout/walkthrough and host approval. The owner or approved site representative remains onsite during every shoot. Furniture movement, unusual equipment and special effects must be approved in advance.
