Suburban Home With A Big Yard

Typical suburban home with a big yard for rent to experienced 5+ years production crews for advertising, film, television and internet channels. The home is an attachment to another. The front of the home is Tudor styled and the back is modern without frills. The yard is spacious and plants decorate the sides. The interior is minimally decorated and can be dressed and propped up easily for any time period. I’m seeking small, serious, experienced under 5 production crews filming advertising or a movie scene in a suburban home. I accept hotel accommodation for duration of filming. No damage to property infrastructure or its electrical or water utilities is an essential requirement. There is a municipal parking lot at the end of the road. There is not enough space for street parking. As I post this I need permission from Clarkstown Ordinance and my neighbor. This is the first time I am considering hosting a production. So it’s work in progress. But I am doing this for additional income which I am in need at this moment. Thanks for considering my space for your next project.
