A garage door opens directly onto the parking lot, so load-in and load-out are fast and easy. Just across the hall, talent has a comfortable lounge to relax between setups, along with a fully equipped kitchen and two modern restrooms, all just steps from the stage. A second lounge can be configured as a production office or another space for talent holding.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
