Contemporary luxury home with a striking black exterior and multiple unique, camera-ready spaces throughout. The home combines modern architecture with warm natural wood, dramatic black finishes, oversized windows and custom design details, providing a wide variety of looks within one location.
Interior features include a spacious modern living area with custom built-ins and linear fireplace, large windows and wide-plank wood flooring; a dramatic home office with a sculptural illuminated feature wall; custom bar with stone countertops; large primary bedroom; dedicated home theatre/media room; and an indoor climbing wall/play space.
The landscaped backyard features a private multi-sport court set among mature trees, complete with basketball hoop, tennis/pickleball net, hockey net and nighttime court lighting.
