Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Dirt roads and trails surround the property. There are many local beaches nearby that rarely have people. The ocean waters are calm, warm and swimmable. The property and area feels remote but is only a short 20 minute drive to the town of San Jose del Cabo, and 40 minutes to Cabo San Lucas.
