About This Space
[{ $ctrl.listing.property_size | number }] sq ft
A warm, minimalist two-and-a-half-bath townhouse on a quiet, tree-lined residential street in DC's Petworth neighborhood. Newly renovated with hardwood floors throughout, the home is bright and airy, with big windows that bring in plenty of natural sunlight.
The interior is simple and clean, giving productions a blank canvas that's easy to style for almost any vision, from lifestyle and editorial shoots to commercials and film. The rear of the house overlooks a beautiful garden, and the home is fully air-conditioned to keep cast and crew comfortable.
The street is quiet, which is ideal for sound recording, and there's plenty of on-street parking right outside for crew vehicles. The home is also easy to reach by public transit, about a 15-minute walk from the Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro station, with bus lines nearby.
