Our home is one of a kind and everyone’s favorite Seattle house! Exterior is painted purple with dark green and harvest yellow accents. It has been listed as one of the Top 20 homes of Seattle in Metro Magazine, and featured in Sunset Magazine. The house has a huge soul and sophistication yet is a warm family home. It features a huge wraparound porch with French outdoor furnishings and many stained glass windows. The entryway has high ceilings, a grand staircase, and a gallery art wall. The large living room has Latham plaster, detailed woodwork, art nouveau lighting, gas fireplace with unique tile, and a Steinway grand piano. The dining room features pressed tin wall coverings, a coffered ceiling, and cheerful wallpaper. There is a back “servants staircase” which goes from the kitchen up to the 3rd floor and each step has a “dust catcher” in the corner. Each bedroom has its own vibe.
Exterior patio features large brick gas fireplace and 7 person hot tub. Basement has casual tv room and exercise room. You gotta see it to believe it!
