Escape the concrete at Anima Arts Alegria. A 3 bedroom primary house, 700sf back house, artist workshop, finished basement rooms and 3 yard spaces make this Allendale Park property truly unique. There is an 11x13 platform/stage perfect for performances, speakers, presentations, group activities, yoga, sound baths, weddings, etc. There are several solar powered fountain mini ponds for peaceful ambiance. The blackberry wall spans the entire left perimeter, but there are also lemons, pomellos, apricot, artichokes, and nectarine trees. At one corner of the lot lies a smaller yard. In the opposite corner, a large plum tree supports a 19 year old treehouse. Below it lies a summer camp-like outdoor sitting area, perfect for sitting around the fire pit or rooting guests on at the punching bag.
The main house has 2 bedrooms, a sunroom, 1 bath, large deck, and 2 bonus finished rooms in the basement. The entire basement is walkable with plenty of storage space. The back 700sf cottage has 1 bedroom and a 5x12 bonus room. The cottage common space area is large and open with extra high ceilings, making it a perfect indoor gathering space.
*Main house and bedroom of Cottage only available for media shoots at an additional cost. Please inquire*
