About This Space
[{ $ctrl.listing.property_size | number }] sq ft
Casa Mika is the private residence of a professional high-end interior designer, blending original 1930s Spanish Revival architecture with a refined, collected interior aesthetic. The home has been thoughtfully updated while preserving its historic character, creating a space that feels elevated, layered, and authentically lived in.
Original architectural details are paired with relaxed contemporary furnishings, natural materials, tonal fabrics and finishes, and a curated collection of artwork and décor. Natural light moves throughout the home, bringing softness and dimension to the interiors throughout the day. The result is a warm, sophisticated residential setting with a cohesive aesthetic and multiple distinct environments within a single location.
Casa Mika is especially well suited for lifestyle, interiors, fashion, beauty, wellness, editorial, branded content, and design-driven commercial productions seeking a refined Southern California home with an elevated designer sensibility.
The 6,700 sq. ft. property offers the intimacy and authenticity of a real residence while still providing the visual versatility and production practicality needed for professional shoots.
